Collecting and implementing functional requirements of a business process into an application by configuration basis such as creation of fields, email notifications, calculation formulas, access rights, data imports/feeds, dashboards/reports, workflows etc...

Designing, installing and configuring of an enterprise level application in Windows environments,
Implementing and troubleshooting non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability, sizing, integrations etc.) of an application on settings basis
Supporting customer requests and solving issues related to system and development
Required Skills & Knowledge
Graduation from Computer Science or related departments of universities
IT technical knowledge preferably from Software Development or Application Management or similar
Basic understanding system development techniques and tools such as SQL Query Language, XML/XLST editing, JavaScript/JQuery, HTML, CSS, API concepts and tools
Understanding on installing, configuration and maintenance of IT applications in Windows environments with concepts on network and systems focused to Microsoft environments..
Good level of MS Excel knowledge (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros etc.)
Initiative and commitment for results and the ability to set priorities
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and willingness for constant learning
Fluent English speaking
Willingness to travel within EMEA region
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Experience of any of the GRC processes such as Risk, Security, Audit, Privacy, Compliance Management
Any knowledge of best practice control frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, ISO 223001, EU GDPR and PCI-DSS
Experience with any project management methodologies such as Scrum, PMP
Any relevant IT, Security, Audit, Project Management certifications
Any other European Languages such as Norwegian, Swedish, German, Dutch, French, Italian etc
